Rewrite common errors wiki. #402
Description
The common errors wiki needs to be rewritten. It should use the language from the new error messages in 3.0 and also could serve as a more general introduction to debugging (see chapter 11 from Learning Processing and these videos from @cshirky and @rouxpz).
