Short description of the issue

Received that error from this URL:

I got this one on live site today. I'm still gathering data, but it looks like the image name with dimensions is a problem.

Hmm, I can't replicate. I have the original image, uploaded/resized/inserted into CKE textarea several times, no errors...

I haven't tried to reproduce this myself - it's happening while one of my site editors is resizing images.

Yes, it happens during resize. I review the history and found this:

I just had another one of these today.

These steps reliably reproduce the issue for me:

1. Click "Image" button in CKEditor toolbar.
2. Click an image.
3. Click crop icon.
4. Apply crop.
5. Click "Insert Image".
