createCheckoutSession/checkoutSession wrap POST/GET /api/checkout/sessions
(any coin or PayPal, customer_email + account_id + property). readWebhook
reads the nested event incl. checkout_session_id/customer_email/account_id/
property and treats confirmed, forwarded and PayPal captures as paid.
