0.10.0: emoji widths fixed, HD images in WezTerm and iTerm2

Fix: 223 emoji were measured one column too narrow. These were symbols like ⏰ ⚓ ♈ ⚾ ✅ ❌ ⭐ and the newer emoji such as 🛺 🟠 🩹 🪗 🫀 🫘. Terminals draw them two columns wide, so every cell after one shifted right, and the emoji picker overflowed its box. All 3,963 OpenEmoji now measure two columns, and a test locks that in.

HD images in WezTerm and iTerm2. These terminals do not support Kitty's Unicode placeholders, so they now get iTerm2 inline images, drawn after each frame. Add images.attach(app) once. Images are drawn only where they are new or have moved, never over a popup, and all of them again after a full repaint. Local WezTerm and iTerm2 are detected; over SSH or in tmux set HQTUI_IMAGES=wezterm.
