hqtui for Nim, on Nimble

The Nim binding now compiles HQTUI's shared C/C++ engine into your program from source, so it installs with Nimble and needs only Nim 2.2.4+ and a C/C++ compiler: no CMake, no shared library, nothing to set at run time.

nimble install https://github.com/profullstack/hqtui?subdir=ports/nim

nimble install hqtui follows once the nim-lang/packages entry is merged. nimble test replays the 240 demo-parity reference frames, and CI checks an installed copy on Linux and macOS (#109).

The TypeScript packages are unchanged apart from the version.
