0.13.0: every league TheSportsDB knows

The sports collection gains sportsdb-leagues: one row per league TheSportsDB knows (about 1,500), with sport, country, gender, current season, division, badge, description, website, socials, TV rights split by market, and the API-Football cross-reference ids.

It walks the league id space through lookupleague.php, which answers for any id on the free key, rather than scraping thesportsdb.com/sport/leagues, which shows 83 featured leagues, or the list endpoints, which the free key caps at ten rows. A pass re-reads the catalogue about daily; a league added at the tail is picked up on the next pass.

Kind league, external id sportsdb:league:<id>, tagged with the same sport slugs the fixtures and broadcasts carry.
