Learn about vigilant mode.
  • payTo: only sign for these payees (address, list, or per-origin map with '*'). Any other payee fails with payee-mismatch before anything is signed; a mixed offer pays the pinned option.
  • budgetUsd: bound the total this client signs (over-budget); client.spentUsd.
  • CLI: --pay-to / X402_PAY_TO, --budget-usd.

Opt-in and backward compatible. Without payTo the client still pays whatever payee the 402 names, up to maxUsd: set it if you know who you pay. (#4)
