SDK Authentication Rework

Tying log in/out to cluster up/down creates unnecessary difficulty/confusion for users. Separating authentication from cluster management (as well as figuring out auto-auth in ODH/RHODS) would be a solid improvement for usability, clarity, and error-handling.
