What is new

• Plan first. For a request with more than one behavior, such as "a 2048 game", the agent writes user_stories/PLAN.md with small Stories, one behavior each. It then writes every Story with its own test file. pdd check shows one line per Story. You can say "change Story 5: …", and only that Story is redone. PR 1 holds the whole spec, and the code is built Story by Story.
• The right formats from the start. Agents read RUNBOOK.md §2–§4 before they write prompts or tests. If your brief names other file names or formats, the agent says so and uses PDD's.
• pdd check --lint. The server checks the format of your prompts and tests with 0 AI calls, and lists every problem at once.
• Clearer pdd check.
  • "No tests found" says why.
  • Index files in user_stories/ are skipped.
  • PR 1 and status show one result per Story, plus a total that pdd computes itself.
• Clearer gates. The chat gives the full file paths and ends with "Reply 'I approve' to go on, or tell me what to change."
• The runtime address is now runtime.promptdriven.ai. Access is by an invite list of GitHub logins.
