Thorough effort for adding tooling:

  • Improved CI/CD
  • Added linting and corresponding fixes throughout codebase
  • Added noxfile with tasks for linting, docs, pytype, etc.
  • Revised docs
  • Moved notebooks into repo
  • Added SumOpBase for a more modular approach to different backprop modes
  • Added pyproject.toml
