Fixed

• The org chart shows a local member's own delegates (#4502). On the hub, local members such as projectManager and designSystem appeared as nodes, but their own coders and peers were missing. To draw a member's delegates, the chart has to read that member's delegate list, and the hub's delegate entry for a local member has no token. The chart now authenticates with the box's fleet service token, the same credential that delegation already sends to local members. The token is used only for loopback members on this box, never for an off-box peer.

Upgrading

No configuration change. After the update, the hub's org chart fills in each local member's delegates on its next refresh.
