v0.216.0 makes the org chart readable for a large fleet and stops workflow steps from refusing work when their input mentions a tool name.

Org chart

  • Each agent's coders and subagents sit beside it in a tree, folded into a chip such as "8 coders · 5 subagents". Click a chip to unfold it; the choice is remembered. A coder or subagent that is working, has just finished, or is selected always shows on its own card (#4507).
  • The canvas zooms and pans like a map. The wheel or a pinch zooms at the pointer, and dragging anywhere pans, including from a card, without selecting text. The corner controls are +, − and Fit, with keys +, - and 0 (#4507).
  • Clicking a feed row for a folded coder or subagent unfolds it and opens its drawer. When the chart scrolls to show a node, that view holds through the next refresh (#4507).
  • The "This chart lights up as work flows" message no longer stays over the graph after you re-enable a filter. When filters hide everything, it now says "Everything is filtered out" (#4504).

Workflows

  • A workflow step no longer refuses to start because earlier output (a finder's report, a PR diff, a comment) mentions a tool name such as wait or github_get_pr. On the PR review panel, that refusal ended a review with no verdict. sdk.run_subagent takes check_prompt_tools (default True); the workflows engine passes False (#4501, #4505).

What's Changed

  • feat(orgchart): each agent's coders and subagents sit beside it, folded into a chip by @mabry1985 in #4507
