Release v0.2.0

The library is slowly, but surely becoming more stable. This release mainly focused on standardising naming conventions, building out the library to contain more of the required features, and adding better documentation.

Note: things are still subject to change, but I hope the functions that exists should be stable and working now.

• evaluatio-docs now exists and is hosted on GitHub pages!
• Typing for iterables is now more forgiving (changed List to Iterable)
• Boostrap based confidence intervals have been added
  • One generic mean based one
  • One specifically for WER due to the way corpus-level means are handled
• Added an independent and paired version of Cohen's d.

Breaking changes

• All functions that took predictions and references have had their order changed to references and hypotheses.
• All _array functions have been renamed to _per_pair
