Modified mapping of the 9 gain settings to 0..100 volume. Fixed error that previously set the gain to max regardless of volume. Minor change in i2c_bus_read_bytes to use global definition of I2C_END

Changed mapping of 0-100 volume to the 9 gain settings using the map function.
Also made sure input is limited to 0..100.
Minor change in I2C routines to make sure I2C_END is used in p_wire->requestFrom
