MacOS

For MacOS users, additional step is required. This release is not yet signed with Apple Developer account, and manual self signing is required for application to be opened on newer MacOS systems.

Linux (AppImage)

Deb packages should be preferred due better compatibility between systems. AppImage users may require additional steps for a successful application start:

chmod +x dash-desktop-1.0.0-beta.4-linux-x86_64.AppImage

Ubuntu 24.04 due new AppArmor rules should pass --no-sandbox flag to the executable or manually configure AppArmor rules for Dash Desktop app.
