Enter the following information in the account window:
Account type: IMAP
Account name: <choose a meaningful name>
User: <your name>@gmail.com
Password: <your password>
Server: imap.gmail.com
Port: <leave blank>
Folders: <leave blank>

[x] Enable SSL
Important: If you have enabled the 2-step verification on your google account, you MUST generate an application-specific password and use it in the config above, instead of your real password.

The "Mark as read" button marks the selected email as "read", where "read" means "read by mailnag" (not by your email client). Mailnag does not notify you again about emails that are marked as read, even after a reboot.
