v9.1.1

This is the first release of pathwatcher not to depend on the EFSW library for file-watching on any platform; we now have our own platform-specific adapters.

Several bugs have also been fixed. One was causing a sporadic crash on Windows; others were failing to do the right thing after a watched path was moved.
