Release v0.1.0

首个正式镜像版本，从 mogo 后端 pkg/protocol/{openai,anthropic,gemini} + pkg/usage
迁移完成并独立发布。

已迁移 provider：

• protocol/openai — ChatCompletion / Responses / Audio / Embedding / Image / Moderation
• protocol/anthropic — Messages（含 MCP / Thinking / ContentBlock）
• protocol/gemini — GenerateContent / StreamGenerateContent
• usage — 跨 provider 用量（token）统一抽象与转换

未迁移（计划后续 PR）：

• 错误解析器（依赖 mogo 内部包）

• 跨协议转换 stub

• 业务 SSOT（capability 常量）

• 模块路径：hegq.net/moproto → github.com/puras/moproto

• 三方依赖：移除 testify，全部测试改用标准库 testing

• import 路径在源码与文档示例中统一为 github.com/puras/moproto
