Prosper LG TV 1.0.0: IPTV player for your own M3U playlists

webOS adaptation of ProsperoTV (from the ProsperTV prototype), renamed
to Prosper LG TV (org.prosperlgtv.app). Ships with no playlist or
channel addresses: the app starts with an "Add a playlist" prompt and
the first playlist added becomes the active list. The parser still
understands common public-playlist conventions (tvg-*, group-title,
quality in names, geo/part-time markers, Name.cc@Feed ids, merged
feeds, an optional index.language.m3u companion).

Country names are now generated from Unicode CLDR (Intl.DisplayNames)
instead of downloaded. Homebrew Channel manifest and listing updated.
