Sign in with username and password via a webOS service

• services/login: Node.js luna service that logs in to Stash and returns
  its API key (creates one only if none exists); password never stored
• Setup screen: API key / username-and-password switch
• API-key and no-password connections unchanged

Add zoom and rotate to the image viewer

• OK opens a panel with Zoom in/out, Rotate, Slideshow and Edit
• Arrows pan when zoomed; sharper memory-only decode for zoom

Edit metadata from the TV

• Edit panel: ratings, favourites, O-count, organized, titles,
  scene tags and performers (search picker)
• Edit buttons on scene, gallery, group, performer, studio, tag pages
  and in the viewer; Settings → Editing to turn them off

Support Stash saved filters and front page

• Schema-driven conversion of saved object_filters
• Saved filters button on browse screens
• Optional home screen from Stash's front page setting
