Create items from pickers, filter exclusions and more criteria, marker end times, hierarchies

• Offer to create a tag, performer or studio from the pickers when no
  exact match exists
• Filter panel: exclude tags/performers/studios; add Length, Date,
  O-count and Gender criteria
• Markers: set, change or remove an end time; show ranges on cards,
  menus and as a band on the player timeline
• Edit tag parents/sub-tags, a studio's parent, and a group's
  containing groups and sub-groups; show tag hierarchy on tag pages

• Edit details from the TV: titles/names, codes, dates, director,
  photographer, descriptions (multiline), URLs, aliases, performer
  gender/dates/country/height, group length; panel split into sections
• Set images from a URL (performers, studios, tags, group covers) and a
  scene's cover from a video frame (editor and new player button)
• Scrape scenes with Stash's scrapers, stash-box or a URL, with a review
  panel to skip fields; missing studios/performers/tags are created
• Settings → Library tasks: scan, generate, auto tag, identify and clean
  with Stash's saved defaults, live status and stop
• Filter panel: text search, performer count, has markers, file path,
  age, country, scene/image counts; Filter button for tags
• Keep Up/Down within each Settings column
• Update README; bump version to 0.6.0
