scrape all kinds, task options and scraper setup, any filter criterion, delete

• Scrape galleries, images, groups and performers (by name or URL) with
  the same review panel as scenes
• Settings: task options (Scan/Generate switches, Identify sources),
  scraper packages (install/update/uninstall/reload) and stash-box servers
• Filter panel: "More criteria" for any number, date, text, yes/no,
  resolution or tag/performer/studio field; editable lines for criteria
  made in the web UI
• Delete any item from its Edit panel; scenes, images and galleries can
  also delete their files
• Update README; bump version to 0.7.0
