bulk actions, nested and OR/NOT filters, Stash server settings

• Browse: Select mode with Actions (add/remove tag, rating, organized,
  favourite, delete with optional file deletion) on several items
• Filter panel: nested filters (performers/studios/tags… matching) and
  "Or match instead" / "But not" combinations, in panels on top
• Settings → Stash server: library folders with a server folder browser,
  transcode sizes, hardware acceleration, parallel tasks, and plugins
  (on/off, run tasks, install/update packages)
• Return the highlight to the right line after a nested panel closes
• Update README; bump version to 0.8.0
