Add Play all / Shuffle to scene lists, queue Previous/Next, Channel seek;

  • New ui/playQueue.js: plays a scene list as a queue in its current sort
    (filters, search, saved filter) or in a fresh random order from Stash
    (capped at 200 scenes)
  • Play all and Shuffle on the Scenes section, the Scenes tab of performer,
    studio and tag pages, and the group header (now follows the list's sort)
  • Player: Previous and Next buttons and "n of N" when playing a queue
  • Player: Channel Up/Down seek ±60 s (presses add up); markers stay
    reachable from the Markers button
  • New "prev" icon; redrawn "Start over" icon
  • README: features, remote-control table, layout
  • Bump version to 1.1.0
