add pvlib to conda-forge #154
Description
conda-forge is "A community led collection of recipes, build infrastructure and distributions for the conda package manager."
The main advantage, from my perspective, is that it automates the process of building and uploading new conda packages for each release. It also enforces and automates some build quality control that I'm only manually doing halfheartedly.
