Created custom target "minimal-plus" for our purposes
Final image size: 3.21Gb

Hey Gleb, at a glance this looks good to me. I'd prefer if we merged this to a staging env first to make sure everything works well after deployment.

The tag of the image is new, so we can merge CloudAPK first and if everything is good merge this.
