I am going to merge this BUT feel free to comment on it and i will keep the branch live in case we want to make updates to this specific set of changes. moving on next to the guidebook to think about editor on boarding and reviewers and such. |

☑️ Updates the packages landing page with simpler cleaner content
☑️ Cleans up the package list that we have (on the way to a packages catalog which is the ultimate goal
☑️ Combines packages and peer review into one tidy page for cleaner appearance
☑️ Cleans up some styles here and there...
Ok this is a start... i am eventually going to make 2 card styles to the "calls to action" look different from package cards
I also want to make sure the package info has a bit more info... but that will come soon..
