- Translated multiple entries in tutorials.po including: - Package features and default tools - Hatch scripts and environments - Build and documentation commands - pyproject.toml format information - Translated 'Translation Status' in TRANSLATING.po - Total of 21 new translations added

Pull Request Overview
Updates Japanese translations for two localization files, completing the translation of previously untranslated strings to eliminate all untranslated entries.
- Added 21 new Japanese translations covering Hatch scripting, environment management, and documentation tools
- Completed translation of "Translation Status" header in TRANSLATING.po
