Added an example on how to list 3 127 bit quantum computers.
Added a new quantum provider file that gives access to 3 127 qubits quantum computers.

Can you try something with the filter function, in case the name of the machine changed?

Actually the question is: are there any modifications to do to access new 127 qubit quantum computers?
