Gila drones speed error

Hi, with same fitting, the drone speed of gila is significantly different in game and in pyfa.

Expected behavior:

The speed of valkyrie of my fit is at about 7500m/s

Actual behavior:

In pyfa the speed becomes 8280m/s

Detailed steps to reproduce:

I used all 5 skills.

Hi!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Seems the rigs aren't stacking penalized. Simple fixes, woo! This fix will be available in the next release of pyfa :)
