Proposal: get rid of the creator

I.e. no more Workflow.create....

This was included originally for philosophical compatibility with pyiron_base and the "single point of entry".

Honestly, I like much better our concepts on API management in the decision. I'd rather get rid of the creator and push in this direction.

To start with, I removed the non-pyiron_workflow elements from it (#712) and right now I won't add new things to it (#708)

@ligerzero-ai I think you are most heavily involved in writing node libraries -- could you live with this?

I have no personal use for it - only complaint would be the youtube vids - but easy enough to rerecord, I suppose

Ahh, that is a really good point. Even at the pure recording time that is still an annoying number of minutes. I don't know if it's worth putting you through that so soon.

What about an amendment bubble? Sometimes I see little pure text correction bubbles on YouTube. Would it be much work to use your editing software to superimpose a little "Now import directly from..." text? Do you feel that would be sufficient?
