The configuration option has been renamed to timeout, but it looks like the change wasn't reflected in this part of the docs.

Could someone add the skip news label to the PR? I created it throught GitHub's UI, so adding the .trivial.rst file is cumbersome and I need to go back to what I was doing 😉

I'm fine with this change. Noting that --default-timeout is still supported, though.
