Reasons for the request

I believe the current project falls into the "Invalid Projects" category as defined by PEP 541. It does not appear to ever have had any content, is described only as "TEST", version 0.1. Additionally, the only distribution is from 2016, and the link to the "project homepage" is broken. The owner's GitHub page also does not appear to have any public projects with related names.

Contact and additional research

Emailed the listed owner on January 12th at the email addresses listed on GitHub and PyPI (post@adrian-schneider.de,
adrian.schneider@sangl.com) and have not received a response. I also looked for any projects with similar names related to this owner and have not found anything.
