As this issue has been finally resolved with the correct combination of CDN end points ruby/ruby.wasm#394 (comment) I've thought we could give to the latest Ruby WASM WASI a chance.
This was kinda low effort, it helped me fixing a previously broken
test/test.htmlsmoke test file, and it contains all relevant changes to eventually consider bringing Ruby back within this project, even if we have very low priority for the PyScript project (but same goes for Wasmoon support or others already experimented such as PHP)./cc @ntoll
