Description
Andrew suggests adding some info to logs:
proactor_events.py:183: tulip_log.exception('Accept failed')
Add info about connection address
selector_events.py:112: tulip_log.exception('Accept failed')
Add extra info: self address and peer address
I imagine there are other log messages that could be extended.
