Improve help message for python -m json.tool

python -m json.tool 

# or > 3.14

python -m json

this will hang, I think its better print help message

like

python -m tarfile

No it's meant to be that way. We want to allow input (same as for python -m ast) so there is no need to reopen it as you correctly understood the intent of the tool

It's also meant to be used as "cat data.json | python -m json" (forget the cat abuse here)
