Currently, a subset of our Tools directory gets installed by the installer. These are meant to be for building Python from source, so aren't really necessary to a normal install.

There's no need for this, and it is potentially putting exploitable scripts on the user's machine.

We should remove these from the installer, and ensure that they aren't being signed.
