Additional places to advertise

If you want to reach the largest number of Python users, it would be best to advertise where those users go. Most of them are not on Twitter and most of them are not going to the Python download page. Some ideas, though they would require some help from other organizations:

1. Banner on the Python docs pages
2. Banner on PyPI
3. Banner on Google searches related to Python
4. Banner on Stack Overflow searches related to Python
