This is the initial large re-write of the platformer tutorial for Arcade 3.0.
This was a ground-up re-write and spends a lot more time explaining core Arcade concepts. This PR is still missing write-ups for Chapters 15-20
I will be following this PR up with another one to add the remaining write-ups for chapters 15-20, as well as any problems that are found by early reviews of what's currently there. However, there is a lot of content here and I'd like to get it into development builds of the docs so people can start reviewing it easier.
