NDK 28 & Support 16kb page size for Android 15

Android 15 need native libs 16k align.

And fbjni is alreay support this feature. see NDK 27 & Support 16kb page size for Android15

So it should use fbjni 0.7.0 and above and change the ndk in this reo to 28.1.x or higher, see Android NDK r28 and higher

There’s a 1 November deadline for this change from Android after which it wont run. I’m a bit confused why this isn’t getting more attention or am I misunderstanding it?
