📚 The doc issue

The Docs pages for installation section in the Getting Started with ExecuTorch for Android page and the Using ExecuTorch for Android page shows 0.7.0 versions. This should be updated to the 1.0 release version dependencies.

On an additional note, the video recording linked in 'Using ExecuTorch for Android' does not clearly show how to add package dependencies using the Android Studio IDE. Might help to state it should be done via 'File -> Project Structure'.

Suggest a potential alternative/fix

Update the doc line to either "org.pytorch:executorch-android:1.0.0-rc1" or "org.pytorch:executorch-android:1.0.0-rc2", based on the latest available versions in https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.pytorch/executorch-android
