Use gradle to build the AAR

Previously, we build the AAR manually, with jar from gradle, and .so from cmake.

Now we use gradle to build jar and AAR. so file is still from cmake and copied into aar-build directory.

We can't build .so from gradle because it involves in ET environment set up, and some .so are from external (like QNN, or MTK SDK).

This should make snapshot and release upload to maven possible.
