🐛 Describe the bug

I saw a multiple issues about that same error, that were closed as resolved BUT the error still exists.
I have followed apple explanation.

pip3 install --pre torch torchvision torchaudio --extra-index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/nightly/cpu
Every time getting the same error:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch
