Testing ToT triton before release/2.8 to assess the issues.

This test fails probably due to some API change.

I'm not able to repro on pytorch 0c6c778 and triton-lang/triton@cda4229, at least on NVIDIA (H100)

Incorrect testing environment was used, expected to fail for ROCm.
