Deprecation of CUTLASS Python interface

Apologies if this is a duplicate. According to NVIDIA/cutlass#2119, the python cutlass interface (cutlass and cutlass_library) which is used in cutlass_utils.py, among other places, is already deprecated.

This poses a problem for users using both torch and the existing python interfaces of cutlass.

Somewhat related, nvidia-cutlass does not plan to support blackwell.

Does torch have a plan moving forward for how users should adjust?

To add on to this, in cutlass_utils.py it looks like sm_120 isn't supported yet (torch lowers that to sm_100).

Is there any plan to support newer blackwell in python cutlass?
