re seeding my hard drive

Hi guys
i formatted my pc recently and lost my qbittorent log files.
I have all my tv programmes saved on a hard drive.
Without the actual torrent link files, would you know how i can put these back in qbittorrent to start seeding to the community again please? i have the downloaded folders but not the torrent links.
I have searched the net for an answer to this, but my situation seems to niche, so i'm hoping you might be able to help me perhaps?

If you can't recover the original torrent files/magnet links or .fastresume files (either via a backup or by running a file recovery tool on your disk), you can always do the following:

• download the torrent files again and add them to qBittorrent, setting the download location to where you actually have the downloaded content files. qBittorrent will recheck the torrent and start seeding immediately if all files are present. If you have renamed any files, you'll have to rename them back, otherwise qBittorrent will think you deleted them and will start downloading them again with the original names in the torrent.

And a good reminder to maintain backup.
Also consider to download everything into one folder and keep original names and organize your files different way (maybe of help with search apps like Everything or Fsearch (Linux), it can find file by name in a second. So if you loose torrents, you can just add them and set to unified location.I currently prefer to rename and customize in qbt, but i am keeping qbt config folder backups to a external drive so i can restore even a few months back. Using Back In Time Linux app.
