Added: core.PollerDeps carries WaitForMerge (pointer to bool, nil = default true), PRPollInterval and PRTimeout (zero = defaults 30s / 1h). The GitHub and GitLab adapters apply them through WithSequentialConfig; the sequential-mode log line now prints pr_poll_interval next to wait_for_merge and pr_timeout (GH-148, PR#150; host side qf-studio/pilot#5898). Previously a host configured wait_for_merge: false or a custom pr_timeout and the poller silently ran on the constructor defaults.
Fixed: the auto-mode overlap guard in the GitHub poller now treats in-flight issues (in-progress, done-but-open, processed) as scope holders, so a younger issue whose body paths overlap an older issue's open, unmerged PR is deferred instead of dispatched the moment that PR opens. The hold is bounded by PRTimeout; a held issue is released with a one-time warning when the holder has been held longer than that. Only older holders hold (GH-149, PR#151; host side qf-studio/pilot#5897).
