Broken build of PyQGIS doc

The PyQGIS last build is from october, 6th, probably due to https://github.com/qgis/pyqgis-api-docs-builder/actions/runs/11309794024/job/31454037780#step:4:615

Sphinx parallel build error:
sphinx.errors.ExtensionError: Handler <function process_docstring at 0x7f8e59d64ae0> for event 'autodoc-process-docstring' threw an exception (exception: invalid signature for qgis.core.QgsGeometry.as_numpy: Returns the geometry data as a numpy array or list of numpy arrays.)

Still no successful build for master, but it seems that stable version picked 3.38 instead of the 3.40 branch.

QGIS_VERSION=3.38
QGIS_CURRENT_STABLE=3.38
QGIS_CURRENT_LTR=3.34

So no 3.40 either, but I guess it would have failed due to the above numpy issue.

As a side note, we need 3.40 build to branch 3.40 user manual. Thanks
