This might force the environments to use the right glib - with luck things are pinned correctly now.

@thermokarst - can you ping me if this works? In theory, the deps should be ok now. If not, tell me which ones and I'll see about having them rebuilt.

Looks like these don't like each other:

UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found to be in conflict:
  - q2-alignment=2019.4.0.dev0+2.gb9b1fee
  - q2-dada2=2019.4.0.dev0+1.gf260266

Probably because q2-dada2 pins a lot of the bioconductor stuff down to the patch level.
