原因是，目前目前的流程是先通过git worktree 创建目录，然后将这个目录挂载到容器里。而worktree目录在获取git 信息时，实际获取的是parent 目录，但parent目录我们并没有挂载到容器里，所以就会有问题。

这个问题会导致在容器里没法使用git命令，会影响一些潜在的演化方向。比如就没办法让，claude code直接调用git。

Problem Analysis

The issue was that git worktrees create directories with .git files pointing to parent repositories:

When containers mount only the worktree directory, the parent .git directory is inaccessible, causing git commands to fail.

Solution Implemented

I've implemented a worktree-to-standalone-repository conversion that automatically fixes this issue:

Key Changes:

1. New conversion function (manager.go:915-1131):

   func (m *Manager) ConvertWorktreeToStandaloneRepo(worktreePath string) error

   • Converts worktree .git file to standalone .git directory
   • Copies essential git data: objects, refs, config, index, logs, hooks
   • Preserves worktree-specific state (HEAD, index, branch logs)
   • Includes verification and rollback on failure

2. Integration points updated:

   • CreateWorktreeFromIssueWithAI() - converts after Issue worktree creation
   • CreateWorktreeFromPRWithAI() - converts after PR worktree creation
   • MoveIssueToPR() - converts after worktree move operation

Solution Benefits:

• ✅ Git commands work in containers - Complete git functionality available
• ✅ Clean isolation - No parent repository exposure
• ✅ Non-breaking - Existing functionality preserved
• ✅ Automatic - Conversion happens transparently
• ✅ Safe - Graceful degradation with rollback on failure

Technical Details

The conversion process:

1. Reads the worktree .git file to locate parent repository
2. Creates new .git directory in worktree
3. Copies shared git data from parent repository

6. Rolls back on any failure

This ensures containers receive fully functional git repositories instead of worktree references.
